Delivery was a major issue. Items were not delivered as promised and took multiple phone calls and chats to finally receive items. Ultimately chairs arrived. They then went on sale and we asked for a refund for the lower price, but was refused. Does not seem like they are interested in helping the customer. Even with a sale price they would still be making a profit. I am the only looser.

The bottom seat area is very hard and does not have enough cushioning. The back is nice but is too low. Where is the adjustment for the height of the seat? The wheel casters are very smooth and slide easily. It is a beautiful-looking chair, but lacks in comfort. Too bad.

Our kitchen table is still mint, however, our padded, fabric covered, dining, caster chairs with arms were well worn from everyday use. Discovering that these exact, same chairs can now be purchased separately on Wayfair was great!!! We opted to go with “pleather” (pretend leather) this time around so, if one is a little warm from VA summer temps, very light perspiration and/or sunscreen would be less of an issue and not require regular, beach towel protection. Our only complaint with the new “pleather” chairs (real leather is not an option) is pleather is rather on the thin side and not very kitty friendly. Our cats love to perch/sleep on the top of the back of our kitchen chairs and landing on the new, more slippery, pleather surfaces brought out some hind claws. After a few puncture marks appeared, we opted to place color matching, 17" x 24”, latex-backed, washable, Bath Rugs over the chair backs for everyday/non-company use. Other than that minor inconvenience, we LOVE the new chairs and are so glad we can enjoy our existing kitchen table for years to come!
