Upon delivery and installtion the delivery team left without noticing that one of the back rests was loose and not returning to full upright position. The material seems fine but the seat foam is very firm and not as comfortable as I hoped

Loveseat is very firm. Hubby is 66, so it is small for him, as most furniture pieces are. Im 54 and it fits me well. I love the cup holders and charging ports. The assembly directions were ridiculously unhelpful as the loveseat came in 6 pieces, not 2, but I was able to figure it out pretty easily. A close up of the texture is included. It looks cheap to me, but itll work for now.
