Perfect chair for our space. Added a chair cushion to blend in more with the colors of my home.

I ordered three of these from open box. Two look beautiful and are comfortable, but one was broken. I had to repackage this chair to get it ready to return. At first the customer service rep wanted me to take it to a FedEx center. The box was huge, and she finally confirmed that it could be picked up, however, she did not schedule the pickup. I called back and another representative handled it. Thank goodness for Wayfair's return policies.

We got the wrong color chairs so we didn’t keep them. Wayfair handled it to our satisfaction. They seemed like decent quality but they were super lightweight. It made them seem cheap-ish.

it has some scratches but I kept it

The finish is more matte than what appears in the photo, which is why I’m giving this 4 stars and not 5. I bought it based on it matching almost identical chairs and thought it was actually from the same manufacturer. Either way, pic’s paint finish is a bit deceiving.
