I would like to give Best rating for the looks. However, when it comes to the durability. I have serious concern! Its been only 1 month and it starts doing crackling voices whenever everytime we are sitting on it or using it everytime by sitting on and get up. Voices, what a sofa make when it get old, atleast 5-7 years old. This is truly disappointing for us.

Arrived with no issues and very simple to put together

Unfortunately, the item is damaged. It has sort of a hole. I paid someone to put it together for me as I am senior and I cannot disassemble and return it. Someone has to come and get it the way it is.
