Love this Love Seat. Perfect with my decor. Rail trim adds a great visual.

The loveseat itself is wonderful. It’s firm and has a nice back. The rolled arms are strong and sturdy. The fabric is nice. However, the back pillows don’t fluff out much and the throw pillows came incredibly smooshed (I’m using other pillows I already had.) I took off another star because I received an email that my order was back ordered for six months. I had already received the matching sofa and did not want to wait six months to furnish my home so I canceled the loveseat. Then I saw that it was still on the website and said it could arrive in a week. I called customer service and they re-ordered it for me and got a manager’s approval, promising me I could get a refund to reflect the original bundled price (that I had when I bought it with the sofa). After receiving it, I called again, but this time the person I spoke to didn’t think that that was possible, so I did not get the refund to match what I had originally paid before cancelling because of the website error.
