I love my new sofa! Fits perfect in my family room. The red is actually crimson which is good because i did t want xmas red. The cushions are firm. I wish the ottoman base was actually attached to the sofa. Thats really my only concern. I used the in home delivery and assembly service. They came as scheduled assembled the couch cleaned up and finished in about 30 minutes. Well worth the .
