This table arrived damaged -- one corner of tabletop completely crushed. We had it for more than 30 days before we opened it because it was for another property we own. I reported this to Wayfair--via text messaging which is the only option they allow (I was not trying to return for a refund beyond their 30-day deadline! I just wanted what I had paid for) I finally got them to agree to send me just the tabletop piece. That was an outright lie. I found out one week later. that they never intended to send me anything. I will never deal with this company again. Poor customer service is one thing but for them to blatantly lie was just outrageous. I have purchased many items from Wayfair over the years but never again. This experience went beyond the pale and others need to beware.
