I like the chair and it is comfortable. It has firm cushions and feels like it is good quality frame that will last. The fabric is nice and solid and does not feel like it will wear quickly. That said, I am only giving this four stars because the chair has cheap plastic legs and the ottoman IS ON PLASTIC WHEELS THAT DO NOT LOCK. Really? Wheels on an ottoman? They make the ottoman extremely annoying to use on a tile floor. This seems to be a general problem I have with Wayfair overall - I get a mostly nice product, with some cheap shortcuts (like cheap plastic legs). With some nice wooden legs, this could have been a GREAT purchase. But now I have a chore - I need to replace the stupid wheels with legs
