Exceeded my expectations. Just what I hoped for.

Awesome bed - is perfect for our spare room

WARNING: The color is much darker than the product photos! (March 2019) It's very difficult for me to review this product. I wanted a lighter color to match the rest of the items in my house and also a lighter color so I can see the grain details in the wood. I received a much darker item. When it's sunny outside and I have the windows open the color is quite nice. It looks deep red and I can see the wood grain details; however, at night with the lights on it almost looks black and I can't see any wood details. I was able to assemble the bed by myself. It feel rock solid. It did not come with a boxspring/mattress foundation. I used a slim 4" thick mattress foundation so that the bed is lower and it worked great. I'm giving this a 5 star rating because it's a good product and I don't think it's fair to give it 1 star because the marketing team messed up the product photo.

Very happy with this purchase. I was afraid it would take much longer to set up after reading some people’s reviews but honestly it was it piece of cake. I set it up by myself in about an hour. It is a beautiful bed. Much darker in person but it works nicely in my home.

Beautiful bed, nice quality. Packaged well and Wayfair team provides great service in setting everything up. Very nice quality for a good price.
