Ensemble de bureau de direction 3 pièces en bois - chêne rustique

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my experience! This is my first time purchasing office furniture, and unfortunately, this experiences was frustrating and unacceptable. The furniture arrived with missing pieces, including necessary screws and hardware, and without assembly instructions. They did credit me that for the inconvenience and I made a second purchase. Which turned out to be the same exact thing missing pieces and hardware and instructions. It is extremely frustrating to invest time and money into purchasing office furniture only to discover that the items cannot be properly assembled due to missing components. This has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I expected better quality control and customer service. After experiencing the same issues with two separate purchases, I am very dissatisfied and would appreciate an explanation as well as a resolution to prevent this from happening again.

I was a little concerned about ordering a 'do it yourself' furniture set based on reviews about missing parts, holes not lined up etc. I had never put together something like this before and although it took me a long time, there were no missing parts or damaged pieces, the instructions were clear and all predrilled holes etc in perfect alignment. Very impressed....great value, looks great!
