I orderthis gorgeous looking chair but recieved a black one with chrome legs in faux leather and looked nothing like the photos although Wayfair handled it well and returned my money completely so I’ll give 4 stars for that but it was an inconviemce . Thank you to customer service .

This chair is fabulous! Very high quality, sturdy, perfectly constructed. It arrives fully assembled. The leather color is true to the picture and metal frame is beautifully finished. Design is wonderful, can transition between many rooms and many furniture styles. So happy with this!

Heavy, sturdy, no assembly needed! Which is very important these days, you really don’t want to open a package and find a bunch of screws and have to tighten it with untrustworthy self. The package was padded very well. I do wish the back could be a little higher, since I’m using it as a dining chair, but oh well, it is in the specification so I knew that when I made the purchase. Also, the picture looks more relaxed. There are folds on the leather, but the real chair is flat, like the picture chair had a facelift. Overall, love it.
