Chaise avec accoudoirs rembourrée

I’m disappointed in this purchase for multiple reasons. The first reason is it took 3 tries by Wayfair’s vendor to get the chair to my house. The first 2 shipments were returned to the shipper by FedEx because they were damaged en route. The 3rd one I received and it was damaged too, but livable. The packing was not suitable for shipping with no protection for the chair. So now the chair...it is only comfortable for short periods of time. The seat is not padded enough and the seat is not deep enough. I’m 6ft, not overly tall, but I feel like I’m sitting on a bench with no leg support. I can sit in the chair for maybe 30 minutes before it becomes painful, and that is with sitting on a memory foam cushion that I added (without it, it’s unbearable). On the positive side it’s wide enough to easily transfer from my wheelchair and it’s very solid and stable. The vinyl upholstery is good quality too. I wish it was like 6 inches deeper and the back was maybe 3 inches taller, and better or more cushioning. Wayfair has great customer service though and was helpful throughout the process.
