Really happy with the quality of this dresser. Very solid quality wood construction. The drawers have nice bearings and are smooth to open and close. It looks as lovely in my home as it does in the pictures.

Where should I begin. Let's first start with how I ordered my furniture in January and the mirror arrived broken. I called regarding the damage and they assured me that they will send me another mirror, Great! They also told me to throw away the damaged mirror but I held it until I received the new mirror. This is where everything went haywire. In the month of February they called telling me that it got stolen and then to say it got damaged in transit, nothing makes sense. So now they are sending me another one. In the month of March I was waiting for it to arrive and it didn't and so when I called they then told me it got damaged again, smh. WAYFAIR, PACKAGE YOUR MIRRORS BETTER. ITS YOUR MERCHANDISE, TAKE CARE OF IT. So now they're promising me that the mirror will come expedited, cause I requested it, and they also said I was going to get refunded for the lack of service that they were providing and all of this was back in March. It is May and I have not received my refund. I love Wayfair furniture but their service has been lacking and is horrible. After finally receiving my mirror I threw out the broken one. NOW they are telling me that I needed to send back the broken mirror to receive my refund. Are you kidding me? They originally told me to throw it out and now they're going back on what they say. Wayfair, I'm disappointed with the service and want my refund.
