After Delays and customer service not being able to locate the dresser, but having me go through hoops in order to contact the logistics company, the dresser has arrived with water damage. Apparently, the only way to get a replacement was to go through the manufacturer. So the “easy” return process with Wayfair did not work in this case. I was offered a discount or to return it. I just find it extremely difficult that I had to go through hoops in order to get this corrected even though I had purchased a dresser that’s supposed to arrive in perfect shape and it should not be on me to make it right. I would not buy this again in fact, I would not buy from Wayfair again Knowing that it will be a full-time job to get it replaced. it’s a shame because the dresser is nice and I wish the process was a little more customer friendly.

Love the dresser after I had to take it apart to get the two top drawers that were pushed inside. Dont pay to have someone put it together, it is already assembled.
