A piece was missing that stopped us from putting the whole thing together. The company that sells them emailed me back and forth for information. Then they finally said to go through Wayfair to request a replacement part. Wayfairs replacement part page doesn't seem to work, so now I can't request the replacement piece. I am just going to send the whole thing back and buy from someone else. This is ridiculous. They company knows what tiny piece I need and they are making this 10X more difficult than it has to be. Their customer service is prompt, but they won't be able to help you so they are useless.

Good quality, solid wood, nice rich color. Had to return as it looked a bit too small for the space it was intended for.

I was tracking the delivery of my shipped item to find it had been damaged in transit. I contacted Wayfair of the issue and they had a replacement sent on my doorstep in less than 24 hours. Very impressed with their customer service.

This shelf was easily assembled. I am satisfied with the ease and versatility of this piece.
