Paid extra to have someone bring it into the correct room and assemble it. It was left down by my garage - as opposed to next to the front door- in a severely damaged upside down box. Had to open it up and carry the pieces inside individually. One pieces was severely structurally damaged. Two other pieces had chips on the wood that looked like someone glued a little piece back on. I called and asked them to send replacements just for the three damaged pieces and not to send a whole new product, as I did not want to lift it into my house again or pay to have the extra pieces taken away with my garbage. Replacement package arrived a week after I got the email saying it was delivered. They sent me an entire new unit after I specifically requested that they didn’t. Again, left near garage in a damaged upside down box. I am in the process of trying to return both for a refund, to which they also offered me 10% off my next purchase with wayfair (that expires in a month and a half.) Almost offensive after everything that has occurred. Absolutely will never shop with this company again!!!
