Instructions were a nightmare and it wasn't as nice in person.

Great desk. Very sturdy despite looking clean and lightweight. Slightly tricky to assemble, but worth it.

It fits perfectly in a small living room. Looks nice and steady.

Smaller than I imagined

Just received and assembled this table. Very sturdy: each leg has two bolts to the metal armatures and two bolts into the the table top. The instructions are not so easy to decipher, but each piece has a letter assigned to it and that helps. There are two pairs of metal X shaped pieces. The longer two go side to side (front, back), and the shorter go back to front (forming the side supports). I put the side “Xs” on the screws that go through the legs FIRST in each instance and then the longer “Xs” on top of those. These are all bolted together with a nut on the inside and the screw head sits inside a deeper recess on the outside of the leg. So when it’s together the outside of the leg is smooth and the nuts are covered with a smooth plastic cover on the inside. It doesn’t wobble. Also, I made sure the arrow sticker was always facing towards the top of the legs/where the table top will mount via the metal L brackets that go through the top bolt of the legs. I hope that is helpful for future assemblers :) There are no cushions or felt for the bottom of the legs so you will probably want to stick something like that on to protect the wood legs and your floor. It was well packed and protected and arrived undamaged. Very cool piece. Looks as good as pictured. Such a deal. Oh, made in Vietnam, FYI.
