Arrived severely damaged, instructions not in English, and terrible customer service. I am incredibly disappointed with this purchase and how Wayfair handled the issues. From start to finish, this was a frustrating experience. Here is exactly what went wrong: Shipping Damage: The exterior box arrived completely crushed and torn open at the top corner. Broken & Cheap Parts: The damage wasn't just cosmetic. Multiple structural pieces, including the main boards, arrived warped with cracked particle board and split edging. Because of this, the pieces are incredibly difficult to align and assemble properly. Unusable Instructions: To make matters worse, the poorly printed instruction manual included in the box was entirely in Turkish ("Montaj Talimatı" / "Rose TV Ünitesi"). There was absolutely no English manual provided, making an already damaged piece of furniture nearly impossible to build. Poor Resolution: When I reached out to customer support providing clear photos of the crushed box, the cracked structural boards, and the foreign manual, their initial offer was a measly 15% discount (about $38) to keep a structurally compromised $260 unit. Between the terrible shipping condition, the extremely cheap quality of the particle board, and the lack of proper instructions, this TV stand is absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that ensures their products survive transit and actually include English assembly guides.

The measurements described on the website are incorrect its much smaller. The box arrived damaged, and the furniture itself was also damaged, with all the corners knocked down. It took a month to arrive, and I still received it like this, and no one is resolving my issue regarding a refund or return. Im completely disappointed.
