Easy to put together. Very comfortable. It’s exactly as described. The orderingshippingnotifications were great!

Well, this is as far as I got. As BOTH of the threadings of these bolts on this arm got stripped somehow. I didn’t even tighten them much to ensure I had them on the right way since the book (that it didn’t come with and I used the online instructions) didn’t label which arm was which. I’m unable to take this arm off. I can’t tighten it. I can’t do anything than look at how stupid it is and how much is wobbles.

It’s a very nice chair however, it’s VERY low to the floor. There is no device to extend the height for myself ( I’m 6’2) and therefore I have to do yoga to sit down. Besides that I’m it’s a great product.
