VERY firm. Works for a couch that you won’t sit on often… I wouldn’t try sleeping on it unless you are desperate! Assembly was fairly simple

Wayfair screwed me hard. I paid hundreds of dollars for assembly only for the assembler to say that the couch was defective due to materials. Thus the right side of the couch is loose and dangeorus. Wayfair just said disassemble and ship the couch yourself -- I'm disabled and I don't have another 300 dollars to fix wayfair's screw up. Wayfair begged me to be a corporate client. DOn't trust them.

It took me a month of browsing pink couches til I landed on this one, and I’m happy I did! I love the color, perfect shade of pink, very soft to the touch and it’s not bad to sleep on. My biggest complaint is WHY DOES THE BACK LOOK LIKE THAT???? Lol like come on. I keep it covered with a throw blanket and will probably get a cover at some point. Would be 5 stars if not for that black
