This is boneless so the boxing and un packaging was super simple. It inflated with everything already in place. It takes a couple of days for the seat cushion to fully fluff out and the back seat pillow does not stay put but it’s a great buy overall. The color is as advertised and the ottoman is pretty big. Place by a window without taking up the view
