Love love love this couch! I waited ages and it’s absolutely perfect and works so well with cats!

I am so happy with this couch! The color and fabric are exactly what I was looking for. The cushions are definitely on the firmer side but still comfortable to lounge on. Also, like many reviews noted, the fabric is not velvet but closer to chenille which I actually prefer. The delivery was seamless and it took maybe 10 minutes for the delivery guys to come in and set it up. Very happy with this purchase!

This couch is super comfy!! Our lil family of 3 loves it. Perfect for binge watching tv and naps. We had the full service delivery and unfortunately the sofa assembly was a big disappointment. The delivery crew assembled our sofa so fast that they literally forgot to install 1 of the legs underneath the chaise part of the sectional. Claiming missing parts with Wayfair is extremely annoying and they need to improve their process. Getting in contact with Wayfair customer service via app chat, text message, and phone calls was a daily struggle. The first time I called, customer service put me on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on me. Both chat and text options didn’t understand my issue and had me going in circles with different customer service representatives. I really wished that picking up missing parts at their local warehouse was an option! We just wanted to enjoy our sofa right away but couldn’t… We were literally missing a leg under our chaise for an entire month and had to stack books underneath to support the unbalanced weight. In the end, Wayfair had to send me a whole new sofa because they can’t just ship a leg by itself. The delivery crew just opened the box and took the leg out to install it on our existing sofa. We also got some credit back for the inconvenience. Overall for our very first Wayfair purchase, this was a bad first impression but we didn’t let this mistake stop us from buying more home goods from their site. I would give separate ratings 5 stars for the sofa design comfort and 2 stars for the customer service delivery.

This couch is perfect. The color is gorgeous and I love the level of support. It’s firm but still comfy to lounge on, so I think it will hold up well. The chaise is HUGE. Material isn’t velvet but even better in my opinion. I never leave reviews. If you’re on the fence, go for it!

Absolutely beautiful. A little from but I think it will soften over time. Everyone comments on how gorgeous the color is and it fits in my space perfectly. The chairs is shorter than average but wide and so comfy. It seats a lot of people, just what I wanted.
