1) Your package will take 2 weeks to get to you when it does, it will be damaged before it even gets to your doorstep. 2) The leg caps were attatched via a thin red string to one of the top corners of the box. You check for all the parts notice that the pack was already ripped open, assuming that the caps for all chairs were lost during shipping. This part was a disappointment because I have wooden floors that get scraped without this part. 3) One of the pair of metal legs (for 1 chair) were incorrectly measured to weld an incorrect fit. If you cannot fit the two pairs like a puzzle, then you cannot screw them flat as the manual says. 4) Each chair has a set of assigned screws but one chair had the wrong number of screws, so only 3 of 4 chairs are usable. I reached out to the manufacturer they are not cooperative enough to send you replacement of the missing defective parts. This is my first time buying leather seats, so I do not know if these chairs will last. They are firm but the leather isnt the best quality either. I thought leather would be better for easier cleanup, but I dont see them lasting longer than linen seats. This whole experience has been terrible would not recommend for someone to waste their money because the manufacturer sure wont be of any help to you.

I just received and put together my gray chairs. I love them . I had originally ordered the black and white but the white was a cream color which did not go with my back and white kitchen. Customer service is great and made it very easy to return them. Easy assembly. Now ordering a black metal base.
