All 4 chairs I ordered came with the legs damaged (scratched, gouged) because of poor packaging. The boxes they were shipped in were extremely damaged (holes in the cardboard and the tape barely holding the flaps together). The chairs seem sturdy enough and comfortable, but they look used, not brand new, due to all the scratches and damage.
