Although this is a vanity, we chose it for a desk in a kid's room. It is perfectly sized, and with the rim around the back and sides, it keeps items from rolling off. Plus two drawers for storing pens, pencils, etc. out of sight. It does come with a mirror, ours arrived broken.

Would not buy again. All the wood pieces are different wood tones. Every screw is visible. Made way cheaper than the price point.

The drawers tracks are bent. Not able to close drawers properly.

Misleading description it does not come almost assembled “preassembled drawers, just attach legs”. Mine came in pieces nothing preassembled I had to put the entire thing including drawer glides together.
