Well, the white glove treatment was certainly not a white glove treatment. Only one person showed up to move four big pieces of beautiful bedroom furniture. Before he would bring in the furniture, he expected us to sign a non-waiver form stating that his company would not be responsible for damages to the walls,etc. When we asked him where his partner was, he told us he called in sick. We refused to sign the waiver so I spoke to the general manager of the white glove shipping company who explained typically they show up as a team and the GM asked the person at our home to go pick up his partner (who supposedly called in sick) working on another delivery down the street. After picking up his partner, they wanted to reschedule bringing the furniture into our condo because we are sick (we were masked). We certainly understand that the other partner was uncomfortable coming into our home. They stayed outside near in the garage while we opened and inspected the furniture. It’s very nice quality. Deep drawers , slides smoothly. Wood is gorgeous. No Assembly required except the handles. Lovely furniture.

Looks great, but has manufacturing issues. I had to request a replacement unit twice. My biggest complaint is the poor construction of the drawers in this dresser. The framing is really solid, but the drill holes for the handles are haphazard. One photo shows how the hole is wider and deeper on one side than the other. Inside some drawers, the holes weren't completely drilled through the panel, making it impossible for the supplied screws to go into the handles. When things did go in, some handles still exposed the drill hole (See one of the photos. TIP: if this happens to you, remove the handle, flip it over and install it again. It might work.) The drawers did not line up neatly either until adjusted professionally. The unit got knocked around a bit in transit, as evidenced by the legs poking out from the box. For the price of this unit, it should not be this poorly finished. Strong bamboo smell is slow to fade after a month in the home.

Great quality and design. Solid wood.

This is a lovely piece of furniture and has met my needs. I'm glad I ordered it and recommend it. My only criticism is that the handle on one of the drawers cannot be properly tightened so it's a bit loose.
