Hi - leg cracked in half ... it's outside the 30 days - but they won't allow me to purchase a replacement leg? It's only 2.5 months - I can't get another leg?? That does not comply as customer service... What is happening?? Why can't I order a chair leg that cracked down the middle - quality issue- I would not advise to purchase
