If I could give this zero stars, I would. The chair arrived damaged. There were several nicks in the arms and the back of the seat had a severe gouge in it. I submitted pictures to Wayfair. Wayfair decided that began a process that would leave me waiting for the manufacturer to contact me about the chair sometime in the future. They refused to help me several times. I eventually was able to get a manager to send me a return label so I could promptly return the chair. It was a terrible customer service experience on top of receiving a damaged chair.

I have received a lot of great chairs from Wayfair, and this is one of them. There is nothing like a top grain leather chair well made. This is not an oversized or bulky chair, rather more streamlined and modern looking. Everyone in the family tried it and fit comfortably. The side arms are a nice medium stained solid wood that looks lovely with the black leather. I have it next to a dark grey sofa and it looks great. It is well made, and it took me about 45 minutes to an hour to put it together by myself. It was heavy I suppose because of the push back mechanism underneath it. There was a lot of bolts to secure for the side sections. It was all on a metal panels and difficult to match up the holes. That is what took so much time. Also, it was a tiny area to fit your hand in and turn the screw. It was not hard, but very awkward. Eventually, it all came together nicely. It has this mid century feel, and would look nice anywhere. The cushion is a high density foam and nicely firm. I think it will hold up over time. What we really like is the hidden adjustable footrest. It works by pushing back and it has I think two height levels. We are very happy with it! Thanks Wayfair!

It’s comfortable to sit in for extended periods, and the pushback reclining mechanism operates smoothly and feels sturdy. Assembly was quick and easy, and once put together, the chair felt solid and well-constructed. The wood accents give it a premium look that elevates the design even more. However, the reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars instead of a perfect score comes down to a couple of design issues with the leather fit. When reclining, the Velcro that secures the leather slack tends to come loose, which is frustrating and takes away from the overall clean appearance. In addition, when the chair is in its regular upright sitting position, there’s some gaping in the leather that makes the fit look a bit less polished than I expected for a piece in this price range. Despite these minor setbacks, the recliner is still very comfortable, visually appealing, and feels high-quality in most aspects. If the leather fit were slightly more secure and streamlined, it would easily be a 5-star product. Overall, I’m still happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, modern recliner with genuine leather.

Great size - Fits terrific in a smaller space, and well made for the price point. Very happy with this chair!
