This small, simple and sleek stand has held up well and the storage space is great.

The stand suits our purpose to hold up a tv in our basement. The particle board is of standard quality, and the white laminate seems like it will hold up and not peel off. A few downsides: As noted by other reviews, the legs are very cheap looking - covered with a faux wood plastic wrap. The instructions for assembly were poor - some of the images didn't match the actual parts very well. I enjoy the challenge of figuring out such puzzles, but others may not.

The main cabinet is fine - as expected for particle board. Relatively easy to put together. The legs are incredibly cheap and wrapped in a fake wood sticker. I would say it's decent but not worth $180.
