First of all the holes didn't line up for the support bar and the threads had paint in them. I had to drill one hole out to be larger. No washers found that hard to beleive. The countersunk screws were to long.

They arrived much earlier than expected which was a welcome surprise. Easy to assemble. I like how they look in my space and are a definite complement to the theme that I have going. One thing to note is that the bottom part seems to be a coated metal which depending on use might peel off- one of the stools had this issue at the bottom of the stool, though not enough to make me want to return them.
