These are really sturdy. The legs are wood but they have two metal square pieces that support the legs. Seats are super comfortable. One of the reasons we replaced our old bar stools we that they hurt the behind when sitting on them too long but we don’t have that problem with these. Great buy.

This is a great swivel bar stool set. It’s very comfortable, velvety and turn smoothly. They are the perfect height for an island.
