They are very comfortable. Love the wide seat. Easy to build. To assemble 4 it took approximately 30 minutes. Packed with care. I am excited to have my guests sit and enjoy.

Ordered 2 sets for our new kitchen island. They seem very sturdy. I took off one star for the damaged legs. They were package nicely in foam so not sure it’s a quality control issue or if they did get damaged in transit. I’m putting socks on the legs anyway so it’s fine. Would buy again very comfy.

I bought a total of 6 chairs. For one of them right out of the package, I was not able to completely assemble it due to the footrest not working with the provided screw. It appeared that the internal part where the screw is inserted was stripped. In less than 2 months of having these chairs, 2 other chairs, for a total of 3 out of the 6 chairs, had screws literally suddenly falling to the floor when we were sitting in them. The footrest pieces simply won't stay put, which is problematic because the lower ring/footrest provides stabilization for the entire chair. This was a very disappointing purchase. I really liked the look of these chairs and was excited to have them in my home, but unfortunately, after less than 2 months, they are simply falling apart. When I contacted Wayfair, their repeated response was: "I completely understand your frustration, especially since you've had the chairs for less than two months. I truly wish there was another option I could offer you. However, because the items are strictly outside of our official return and replacement window, our system does not allow me to process any refunds, replacements, or further accommodations." This is disheartening given the product (except the one chair that arrived not quite right) was able to hold for the first 30 days, just past the return window, but started falling apart right after it was too late to return them. Really upset. :(

These chairs are great! Super comfortable and very nice looking in our kitchen! We had a problem with one of the chairs and the company sent a replacement part which was fantastic so we did not have to return all 3.
