Some of the pieces had chips and missing paint. The assembled bed looks just like the picture advertised. The ”professional” service purchased to assemble the bed was awful. The service is contracted through Angi and was a nightmare. Took the “professional” over five hours to put it together not including the 45 minutes he was late. Even then had to call him back because he didn’t put all the pieces together. Also, the first scheduled “professional” never showed up even though they updated the app that they started job then had to wait another two days for a second “professional”. Update almost a year later. The whole bed system is incredibly cheap, very poor quality. Customer service was excellent in getting a replacement part but sent half the bed on two huge boxes. Still didn’t fix the problem. Contacted customer service and while my furniture was still within the one year warranty but outside their 30 day eligibility (whatever that means) customer service couldn’t help. A ticket had to be submitted so a supervisor can contact me by email in 3 business days. Do not order from Wayfair. Cheap furniture and ridiculous customer service.

Cheap materials. Terrible off-gassing. Quality of paint the lowest of the low. Wood split as screws were properly and reasonable placed. Drill holes not properly machined in place.

Wood pieces arrived slightly warped, the axle tool provided for assembly is smaller than an adult finger, multiple cracked inner pieces of wood upon close inspection. Certain instructions are unclear, the last few steps should be done before other ones. Also no wood glue provided for the stubs necessary to insert.

Beautiful bed and perfect for small spaces if you don’t have storage! We utilized this bed as a dresser as well for our 16 yr old and it’s perfect! Love love love!
