The swivel is smooth, the footrest lifts up easily, and the back reclines to a really comfortable angle. The massage and heat functions are perfect for me — both work great and can be used separately. The massage especially feels just right — not too strong, not too weak. Perfect for curling up to watch TV, read, or just do nothing and relax. Highly recommend!
