“The design looks good and the materials are acceptable. However, the packaging is relatively basic. There are many temporary fixing labels attached with staples. When workers remove the labels, some of the staples break off and remain exposed, which can easily cause leg injuries and poses a safety hazard.”

I really liked the dining set, but one of the chairs is defective. One leg is too short, and the chair doesnt stand up properly it wobbles. I ask you to exchange it for a decent one. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope youll fix your problem. Sincerely, your customer, Vladimir.
