The product images show a smooth semi-glossy wood finish. But what you get is a rough and nearly matte finish. It almost appears as though the stain were artificially painted on, too, rather than a true wood grain stain. It kind of ruins the wood effect and makes it look and feel plastic. Also, the color is more of a light honey walnut than a dark one, as was described. The seat cushion is hard as a rock and thin, so the back of your knees can feel the sharp edge of the particle board base along the front. The seat material is cheap and reminds me of a church pew. Lastly, the seat is adhered to the frame via velcro, so every move you make causes a crunching sound. I have never hated a chair so much in my life! Will obviously be returning.

I have four chairs already and I purchased two additional chairs. I like the fabric because it gives a more formal look. I like the price and the appearance of the chairs.

Gorgeous chairs! Very good quality and came assembled! I just had to place the seat cushion.

I love these chairs. While I spent more than I wanted, they are great quality and came 99 pre assembled which was a wonderful surprise. You can tell they’re real wood by the weight, and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on them already.
