I was only able to give a 5 star because that is all that is offered, but this product is at least a 10-star rating. I saw that this was a new product offered by Wayfair, so no comments were available. So I took a risk and ordered it. when I received it I was completely amazed the way the product looked and how it arrived. It came in a HUGE! box. This product was packaged with care and came completely intact. I loved how the gray wicker was wrapped around the metal. Nice and tight. The product looked just like the photo. I was really hesitant to order from Wayfair due to so many negative comments made about the products. Either the cushion would either be too thin or the product would come damaged, but THIS! item is amazing. The gray cushion that I ordered was a light gray and it came just as the cushion looks in the photo and the thickness definitely a 5 star. The cushion thickness is 7.8 in thick and when you sit on it YOU CANNOT FEEL THE FRAME! So worth the buy. However, the instructions are a bit tricky if you don't know how to put together based on a diagram, but with patients I alone was able to put together myself. However, my son helped me attach the base to the frame. It swivels with ease. I have included photos for your review of this item that way it leaves nothing to surprise when you buy this item. So, buy it, you will be pleased.
