The top has a plastic looking sheen to it. Not rich looking like the picture and the color appears orangey. Might look ok in a certain setting. I had to return.

Bench is as expected from the picture and could fit into many types of decor. Love it!

This bench does not hold up well at all. I purchased it and within a few months the bench itself is all split and lots awful. It's a straw like material which looked pretty at first but is junk. The customer service team cannot do anything about it since it's been over 30 days. DO NOT BUY IT! Unless you like big splits on the seat that look awful, Very disappointing.

Great little bench, perfect for my entrance hall. Only 4 stars because the screws that attach the crossbar to the legs are too long and puncture through the top of the side leg support. Because I was assembling the bench upside down, I didn't realize the problem until I turned it over. Backed the screws out a bit, which makes the crossbar pull away from the legs a little, painted the punctures with black paint and it doesn't show. Stupid manufacturing error.
