This desk is just as shown on picture. Easy to put together. Though the desk is brown, it is more of a black brown.

Good part: It came well packaged ,no dents or damage, in original condition. Took about 20 minutes for my husband alone to put it together. It looks good and fits the space in my kid room just fine. Bad part: It smells awful. We had to keep it for two weeks in the basement to let paint air a bit. Even now, when we moved it to my child room, we keep window or door open all the time. The drawer on the left is file cabinet. Not sure why it is there. Nobody uses paper files anymore. All deviders in the drawers are permanent and not adjustable. The large middle drawer is very deep which seems like a great idea, but when you sit at the desk you can open it only that much. To open it wide you need to stand up. Also the middle drawer does not have complete bottom cover and exposes sharp surface and pieces right where your legs touch the desk. Also the desk finish collects tons of dust and fingerprints. I have to wipe it down every single day.
