I like easy to install A little smaller than I thought.

Smaller in person than I thought it would be. Quality is ok. Not really appropriate for an executive desk.

I like the design and style of the chair. It matches with my office desk perfectly. The wood is beautiful and the leather as well. It is really comfortable.

It took about 45 minutes to put this chair together. There is a small black tab on the gas pump that raises and lowers the chair but the directions do not tell you to take it off. If you don't take it off then the chair will not lift and lower- so after 45 minutes of getting to put together we basically had to take half of it a part and only by chance did we think to try to remove the black tab ont he top of the cannister. For that I give it one stars as I would have had to completely unassemble and ship it back if we hadn't accidentally solved this.
