Both love seat and sofa are firm. Fabric is soft. I like that all the pillows come off so you can build a comfy spot to lay down. My only complaint is about the delivery.

Love the color. Seats are a bit harder than I expected, but considering it’s for a formal living room that we don’t really use, it works.

We get compliments on this all the time! It’s a beautiful piece! We have plush carpet in the room where it’s located so I did have to buy sliders to put under each foot of the ottoman, otherwise it was almost impossible to move even a few inches. Very pleased with this purchase.
