Fauteuil Chesterfield en lin capitonné de 48 po de large Fiske

The fabric of this chair is not at all what I expected for the cost. It is a rough, open twill with potential to show hand oils. I thought that with the thickness of the seat cushion as shown in the picture, that it would be a very comfortable chair. Not so, the chair sits like hard cardboard. Very disappointing. I contacted customer service as soon as I unwrapped the chair to return the item. That in itself was a challenging process. The return cost is $150.
