We absolutely love this bed and the delivery service was spot on. The bed was exactly as pictured and the service went smoothly.

The frame is great. However, the wood slats are trash! They ended up breaking and warping the side wood of the frame. I had to contact support (good experience) but the was out of a frame for a week.

LOVE this bed! It looks great in our new home and was the easiest of all the beds we purchased to put together. I can’t say that it arrived without any cosmetic defects, and at the price point maybe I would have asked for a replacement if we already had a bed and it was just an upgrade, but all in all 10 out of 10 recommend!
