The bed is lovely, the curves, quality of the solid wood, the color was exactly what I wanted for the space and matched the linen curtains I have to a T. with the exception of the headboard (about 60-70 lbs), the components were light enough for me to carry upstairs myself. The assembly was 30 min for me (50 yo female), it was very obvious how to assemble, so even a monkey like me could do this.
