Update wayfair did give me back some money so we can build a support system for the bed. It is appreciated. But if you want a strong platform this isnt the bed for you

Love the bed but the headboard came extremely damaged and we’ve waited weeks for this bed for our new house and now we are going to have to wait after we contact Wayfair for a new one.

The picture on the website and the description of the color is completely in accurate. This bed is brown not gray at all and should not have the word gray and its name. The rest of my bedroom is gray and this looks like a dark brown bedframe inside of it so I’m very disappointed and should have picked the platinum color. The frame the mattress sits on broke after two uses.

It’s a great bed.
