This is a splendid chair. I purchased it because I thought it would compliment a small demi-lune desk in my guest bedroom with the same design features on the legs, and also serve as a side chair. I was pleased to see that it is perfect. Now I hope to get to use it, because my daughter has already claimed it as her own! The leather tufted seat is of excellent quality. The carved wood and finish are beautifully done. Although the chair is not massive, it has an imposing presence, sturdy and roomy, yet not overly masculine. I was delighted when it arrived a week earlier than expected, and fully assembled. This chair has become part of my home and makes me happy each time I see it. What a find!

As a multi-generation master Craftsman I truly appreciate anything created by a true artisan and this Manor chair is exactly that; true art created by exceptionally skilled artisans... I am not often impressed, but this piece will impress anyone who sees it!
