Arrived in a beat up box that was not tall enough for the chair packaged up inside in a separate box. Tge wood looks nice, however there are spots on the seat cushion as well as a long pulled thread that is very noticeable from every angle. The back of the still is not sturdy - could have been tossed around in the box while shipped. Worse experience trying to get this chair returned - it came damaged so I don’t think I need to pay the $89 return shipping label on top of shelling money for miles of rake to keep its box together! My designated Wayfair Account rep is useless and wants me to open the box AGAIN to take photos of damage AGAIN to sent to her. She must not be doing well since she has gone far and beyond to make herself scarcely available to be reached by phone or through email, Kimberly is the rep’s name and each of her emails start with “I was very busy blah blah blah” She refused to honor shipping in a damaged dude table as well saying it’s a variation in the wood. Well, I work with wood everyday Kimberly and white damage salt deposits from possible water damage or moisture are surely no variation in wood. Wayfair beware - Kimberly is the reason you are losing your long time loyal customers. The shift in customer service towards rude, condescending, unhelpful staff may save you from a few returns here and there but in the long run coupled with your drop ship business model where you can’t quality control the product or the way it’s packaged for shipping by the companies listing on your site - will mean no repeat clients.

A little disappointed. The first chair arrived broken but Wayfair sent a replacement fast. Good service. Hassle free. The second chair arrived undamaged. The problem is the wood is very dry, bordering on brittle. You can not just plonk yourself down. I question how long such dry wood lasts. It looks dry but that can be treated which I will do. The design in the wood seems more intricate online in a photo than it does in person. At a glance or in the right setting it looks ok. Very passable. The fabric in nondescript so it is perfectly fine, you would not be able to guess price. Is it worth the money? Nowadays quality furniture is a lot pricier than this chair. And eventually I will replace it with something I prefer. To be honest I think it is a little overpriced. Hard to find something of this style in that price range that is better though. Would I buy it if I had seen it in person? Most likely not. Would have saved a little and bought something better. It will do for the mean time.
