I bought this specifically for a hard floor. I guess I should have looked at all the photos since they are on carpet, but "Hard Floor" Straight Edge Chair Mat and floor type "hard floor" implied it would work for a hard floor, no? My chair doesn't roll around on it at all and I feel like any attempts to do so might actually ruin the hard floor due to the gripper back/spikes. Think it'd be suitable for carpet (only).
