Only complaint is that it needs to be tightened after multiple microwave uses. But with that said, I have four teenagers and an 8 year old in my house - so there is A LOT of microwaving. The baskets go in and out and the size is perfect. "Works for me"

Dealing with Wayfair was not the problem. The product was. The directions were horrid! There wasn't any written instructions and the pictures the provided were so small you couldn't see what they were trying to tell you. But it together and took it apart 3 times! Before it was right!!
