This is NOT what I expected. It does not have a top shelf and does not not fit my microwave and now I am stuck with this because I have no way to return it. I am a shut-in and cannot get around.

Good cart. Ended up sending it back because it was just a little too small for my microwave but other than that is was good. Loved the basket

It was missing 4 bolts and one of the anchors for the top shelf. I was able to find some replacements I had lying around but its just not as stable as it should be because of that
